It's always a good idea to call the contact person before driving any great distance to a dance group you're not familiar with. University (2nd floor), in Gainesville, Florida. A partner is not necessary (we do line, circle and partner-mixer dances). Third Friday of the month at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Episcopal; Park and Stockton; 1100 Stockton, Jacksonville, FL; beginner lesson at 7:30 PM; dance from 8 PM to 11 PM. Always live music. Meet every Sunday afternoon from 1:30 to 4 pm and every Wednesday evening from 7:30 to 9 pm except during holidays. It is International and Israeli, we are the only group in Jacksonville that does International. There is no charge. Beginner, intermediate, and some advanced level dances are done. We meet on the west side of Jacksonville currently at my house, 2731 Lake Shore Blvd, Jacksonville, Fl. We put on at least one performance a year at the Navy Depot also on the west side of town.
